Regarding the BCA Hoodie, the quality it excellent. Whoever your vendor is, they are a keeper. All previously ordered items have been top of the line. And, I just love the little SC logo tag on the sleeve of the shirt; it elevates it from ordinary logo t-shirt. I just love the attention to detail! To that point, included with my recent order was a logo decal, making it comparable to high-end purchases where they include a note of thanks. Not sure if this is something new and intentional or an oops, but it was a nice surprise. A few months ago I had an order shipped to me overseas and tucked inside was a note. Those little details stand out and certainly create community. Honestly, I had hopes of you guys sending notes with all orders, and so I'm hoping you are able to continue with that practice. I know it's an extra step, but it does make a difference. Even this survey was a welcomed surprise, along with the ShopPay option.
The response to my (panicked) email needing to correct the item size was on point as well. I can see a shift in the business model and it's awesome! Keep up the great work!!!
